Our little setup is over at Neminath Society, house number 10, just off the main Kanakapura Road. If you ever find yourself walking nearby, you’ll probably catch a whiff of whatever Bolsts Indian Condiments Pvt Ltd is cooking up that day. It might be a sharp smell of vinegar or a heavy scent of roasted spices. We have been in this spot for a long time, and the building definitely shows its age.
