Up on the first floor of the MBR Signity building in JP Nagar 8th Phase, you’ll find our team. It’s a typical Bangalore tech spot, quiet inside with everyone staring at their screens while the city stays loud outside. We’ve got a good view of the street from here, though we don’t look out the windows as much as we should. Most mornings start with someone trying to fix the coffee machine before we dive into the code. It’s not the kind of place with bean bags or ping-pong tables; we just have our desks and some okay chairs. We handle a lot of different tech stuff, and there are days when things just don’t want to work like they’re supposed to. We spend a lot of time talking through problems at the big table in the middle. It gets a bit messy with wires and notebooks everywhere, but that’s just how we work. JP Nagar has changed a lot since we first got here, more buildings and more traffic every year. We’ve had some long nights when a deadline was close, ordering food and just staying until the job was done. It’s a steady pace most of the time. We aren't trying to change the world or anything like that, just writing the programs and making sure the systems stay running for the people who use them.
