Blue Coriander

Our place is over in Electronic City at 26/A, and it is usually a hive of activity from early in the morning. If you spend any time in this part of town, you know that the lunch hour is basically a race against the clock for everyone working in the tech parks nearby. We spend most of our day in the kitchen or out front, making sure things are moving along. The smells of spices and cooking start to fill the air long before the first person walks through the door. It is a bit hot and noisy in the back, but that is just how a kitchen works, I guess. We have a few regular staff members who have been with us for a long time, and we all just kind of know what to do without much talking. The furniture is nothing fancy, just sturdy tables and chairs that can handle a lot of people coming and going. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything like that. People mostly find us because they work nearby or someone told them about the food we serve. Sometimes the vegetable delivery is late or a pipe leaks, and we just have to deal with it on the fly. It is hard work and the hours can be long, especially on the weekends, but it feels good to see the plates coming back empty. We just keep our heads down and keep the stoves going day after day.
