Blue Bell Caterers

We work out of No.3, Blue Bell Manor, on the 3rd Cross of Kammanahalli Main Road. If you know where the Nilgiris Supermarket is in St Thomas Town, we are right behind it. It's a bit tucked away, which we actually like. Blue Bell Caterers isn't a massive company with a fleet of trucks. We are a smaller team, and we do most of the heavy lifting ourselves. The area around here is always bustling with shoppers and traffic, but our spot is a little quieter. We spend our days planning out menus and getting ingredients ready for different events. It's not always glamorous work. There is a lot of chopping, cleaning, and packing boxes. We don't have a fancy showroom. Most of our work happens in the kitchen where it's hot and busy. We’ve been in St Thomas Town for a long time, so we know the local markets and suppliers pretty well. We don't use big words to try and impress people. We just tell them what we can do and then we do it. Sometimes things get a bit stressful when we have multiple orders on the same day, but we manage to get through it. We aren't looking to be the biggest name in town. We just want to keep doing our work and making sure everything is ready on time. It's a practical business for us, and we take it seriously without making a big fuss about it. That is how we have always done things.
