Bismilla Fast Food

Bismilla Fast Food is located right on Rifinery Road 2, over in the Sultanpalya area near Bhagyalaxmi Society. It’s a lively spot, especially once the sun goes down and the street lights come on. We do a lot of fast food stuff, things that sizzle on the griddle and smell good from down the block. It’s not the kind of place where you’d expect a tablecloth. We have some stools and a counter, and it gets pretty loud with the sound of the spatulas hitting the metal. The society nearby means we get a lot of families coming over to grab a quick dinner when they don't feel like cooking at home. I handle a bit of everything here, from taking orders to making sure the trash gets cleared out. It’s a lot of work but it keeps me busy. The road outside can get a bit dusty with all the traffic, but we try to keep the shop as tidy as we can. We’ve been at this location for a while, and we know most of the people who live in the houses around here. It’s just a normal fast food joint, no bells and whistles. We start prepping in the afternoon and stay open until the last customer leaves. It’s a bit chaotic during the peak hours, but that’s just the way we like it at this little place. Usually, the grills are going until quite late.
