Birla Sun Life Insurance Co Ltd has its office at 50-1/1 on the 1st Floor of Dev Towres. This is in Vijaya Nagar, specifically at 7th Main in the Mico Layout area. It’s a solid building and our space is pretty functional for what we do. We spend our days dealing with insurance policies and talking to people about their coverage needs. There are a lot of files and forms involved in what we do, so the desks are usually covered in various papers. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we come to work every morning. Vijaya Nagar is a busy residential and commercial mix, so there’s always a flow of people moving about outside the building. We have a small team here, and we all know each other well. Most of our time is spent explaining things to visitors or sorting through records in the filing cabinets. We don’t use a lot of big words or complicated talk; we just try to explain how the insurance works in plain terms. It can be a bit slow some days and very busy on others, especially at the end of the month when things pile up. We’ve been in Dev Towres for a while and have a routine that works for us. It’s just a regular local office doing regular work for the people in the community who drop by.
