Birla Sun Life Insurance Co Ltd

We work out of H M Geneva House on Palace Road. The building is right there on Jashodanagar Road at number 14. This is the local spot for Birla Sun Life Insurance Co Ltd. It’s a fairly standard office space where we handle a lot of paperwork and phone calls. We have desks lined up and there’s always the sound of printers going in the background. People come in to talk about their plans or to drop off documents that they need to get processed. We don’t have anything fancy in here, just the usual chairs and tables you’d expect. Most of us have been working here together for a few years, so we know how the routine goes. The commute to Jashodanagar can be a bit slow in the mornings because of the traffic, but once we’re inside, it’s just the usual day-to-day tasks. We spend quite a bit of time explaining different forms to folks who walk in off the street. It’s not a high-pressure environment; we just try to get through the files on our desks. Sometimes we share lunch in the small break area in the back. It’s a quiet enough place to work most days. We see a lot of regular faces from around the neighborhood. We just keep things moving and try to make sure all the entries are correct before we head home for the evening. It’s just our normal office routine.
