Bioneeds Preclinical Services

Out here in Devarahosahalli, things move at their own pace. Bioneeds Preclinical Services is where we spend most of our daylight hours. It’s a plain place, nothing too flashy on the outside. We deal with preclinical work, which basically means a lot of prepping and watching over various tests. The drive out to Devarahosahalli can be a bit long depending on the traffic, but once you’re here, it’s mostly just the sound of the equipment hum. We have a decent group of people working here. Some have been with us since the start, and others are newer faces. We don't really do the whole corporate meeting thing with slides and speeches. Usually, we just stand around the workspace and figure out what needs to happen next. If a machine acts up, we fix it. If the paperwork piles up, we sit down and get through it. It’s practical work. The locals know where we are, though we don't get many walk-in visitors. Most of our time is spent making sure the environment is right for the studies. It gets dusty outside sometimes, so keeping everything clean inside is a constant job. We eat lunch together when we can. It’s a simple setup, but it works for us. We aren't trying to change the world overnight; we just want to get the day’s work done right. That’s about all there is to tell about us here. It is just a job that we try to do well every single day without any fuss. We just focus on the science and the data.
