Hms Medical Systems

Our place is located at No. 564 3Rd Main Road in Bhuvaneshwari Nagar, right in the RT Nagar area. It’s a decent neighborhood to work in. Hms Medical Systems isn't some giant factory; it’s just our workspace where we handle medical equipment stuff. Most days are pretty quiet, except when deliveries are coming in or going out. We’ve got a few rooms filled with parts and desks. It can get a bit cluttered sometimes, but we know where everything is. The guys in the back usually have the radio on while they work. We don't really have a front desk person sitting there all day. Usually, if the bell rings, whoever is closest just goes to see who it is. We’ve been at this address for some time. The tea stall down the street is where we usually end up for breaks. RT Nagar has changed quite a bit since we started, more traffic mostly. We try to keep things simple here. There’s no big manual on how to talk to customers, we just talk to them like normal people. It’s a practical setup. We spend our hours fixing things, checking inventory, and making sure the paperwork isn't a total mess. It’s just a regular job for us, and we try to do it without making things complicated. Sometimes it's stressful when a big order comes in, but we get through it. We just keep moving.
