Bharti Telesoft Ltd

Our office is over in Jayanagar, specifically at No 21 in the 3rd Block building. Bangalore has changed a lot lately, but this neighborhood still has a bit of that old charm. There are trees lining the streets and plenty of places to get a good coffee nearby. We are Bharti Telesoft Ltd, and this is where we spend our weekdays. It is a simple setup on the floor of the building. Nothing too extravagant. We mostly focus on our tech work and keeping things running smoothly. The traffic in Bangalore is always a topic of conversation when we arrive in the morning. Most of us take the bus or use scooters to get through the narrow lanes. The office is often quiet because everyone is concentrated on their screens. We don't have those fancy open-plan offices you see in magazines. It’s just desks, chairs, and a small break room where the water cooler is. We’ve been at this address for a while, so we know the local shopkeepers. It’s nice to have a regular routine. We don't spend money on big advertisements or anything like that. People find us because of the work we do. It’s a very local feel even though the city is becoming a big tech hub. Sometimes the rain catches us off guard in the afternoon, but that’s just Bangalore for you. It’s a honest place to work.
