Bharti Group

Our place is at No 2304 on 16th Cross, right in the middle of 27th Main over in Sector 1, HSR Layout. It’s a pretty popular spot in Bangalore these days. Bharti Group operates out of this building, and it’s a fairly standard setup for this neighborhood. We have a couple of floors, but it’s mostly just open space with desks crammed together. The area is full of startups and small shops, so there’s a lot of energy around, though it can get a bit loud. Parking is always a nightmare near the office, so most of us try to get here early or use scooters. Inside, it’s just the usual office stuff. We’ve got a small area for making tea and a big table where we keep all the mail and documents that come in. It isn't the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking on the phone. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish things up, especially when there’s a lot going on. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we first moved in, with more buildings going up every month. We just keep doing our thing here. It’s a practical workspace, nothing flashy, just a group of people trying to get their jobs done every day in HSR. We are usually here from morning until the sun goes down.
