You can find us over in Koramangala, specifically at the National Games Village in Block B4. Bangalore traffic is a mess, so being located right inside the complex is handy for the people living in these flats. Bharti Airtel Limited occupies room 711. It is not a massive corporate floor, just a practical space where we sit and handle customer requests. Most days involve talking to neighbors about their fiber connections or helping someone get their phone working again. It is a nice area with a lot of trees around, though we spend most of our time indoors. We see a lot of tech workers because it is Bangalore. They usually know more about the systems than we do, but they still need us to sign off on the paperwork. We have some basic furniture and a couple of computers that have seen better days. It gets a bit cramped when three or four people come in at once. We do not have a receptionist; whoever is free just talks to whoever walks in. It is a very straightforward way of working. We keep track of everything in our ledgers and on the system. It is just a local hub for the folks in this part of town to get their mobile needs sorted without driving across the city or sitting in more traffic than they have to. We try to finish up by evening.
