We've been over here in Yelahanka for a while now. Dealing with cement and construction stuff day in and day out gets dusty, but it’s what we do. The yard at number 1 is usually busy with trucks coming through. We mostly just focus on getting the bags out to whoever needs them for their builds. Sometimes the traffic around here gets a bit much, especially in the mornings, but we manage to keep things moving. It’s not a fancy office or anything, just a place where the work happens. We see a lot of the same faces, contractors and guys working on local houses, which is nice. Most days it’s just about making sure the inventory is right and the orders are ready to go. We don't really do big speeches or fancy ads. If someone needs cement, they know where the gate is. We've seen Yelahanka change a lot over the years, more buildings going up everywhere you look. It keeps us occupied. The phone rings, we write it down, and we load the trucks. That's the routine. It’s hard work, lifting and moving bags, but it’s honest. We keep our paperwork in order and try to stay on top of the schedule so nobody is left waiting at a site. It’s just us doing our bit in the neighborhood, keeping the supply going for all the masonry work happening around this side of town. It gets hot in the afternoons but we stay at it.
