Bharat Cement Products

Bharat Cement Products is located over at 63/1 Hebbagodi on Jodhpurgam Road. We are right across from the old Biocon building, which is how most people find us if they haven't been here before. We spend our days dealing with heavy cement, making different items that people need for their building projects. It is dusty work, and there is no point in wearing nice clothes because they will be grey by noon anyway. We have a yard out back where we keep the finished pieces until someone comes to collect them. It’s not a quiet place at all. There is usually the sound of the mixer running or someone loading a truck with a crane. We started out small and just kept at it over the years. The road out front gets incredibly busy, especially with the big trucks coming in and out at all hours. Most of our customers are local folks or small-time builders who know this part of town well. We don’t have a big front office or a receptionist. If you need someone, you usually have to shout into the workshop or walk around the yard until you find one of us. We just focus on getting the cement mix right and making sure the products are solid. Sometimes the rain makes it hard to work outside, but we do what we can. It’s honest, tiring work. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. We don’t do much fancy talking, we just show people what we have ready to go.
