You can find us at shop number 16/35 in Tilak Nagar. It’s a small corner of the world but it stays busy from morning until late at night. We’ve been in this specific spot for a long time, and the locals all know where we are. The shop is narrow, so we have to use every inch of the walls for shelves. It can get a bit cramped when three or four people come in at once. We don't really have a website or anything like that, just the shop and the sign outside. Most of our day is spent talking to the regulars who live in the apartments nearby. There’s a lot of noise from the street, especially in the evenings when everyone is coming home from work. We keep the shutters up as long as we can. Sometimes we run out of things and have to wait for the next delivery, but that’s just how it goes. The counter is old and the wood is worn down where people lean on it. We don't have a big team, just family mostly. My uncle usually sits in the chair by the door during the quiet hours. We just try to get things done without making a big fuss about it. It’s a practical place for practical people who need something quickly. The lighting isn't great, but we know where everything is kept on the shelves. It’s been our second home for many years now.
