Besser Concrete Systems Ltd is up on the 3rd floor of Blue Cross Chambers. That’s at 311 Shivaji Nagar. Being in Shivaji Nagar means there is always a lot of energy right outside the door. The streets are packed, and there is a lot of history in this part of the city. Blue Cross Chambers is an older building, and taking the lift up to the third floor is part of our daily routine. Our office is simple. We have some samples of materials around and a lot of drawings spread out on the tables. It’s a bit cramped sometimes, especially when we have a lot going on at once. We’ve been in this spot for a long time. The windows look out over the rooftops of Shivaji Nagar. It’s a great view if you like seeing the city life. We don't have a big fancy sign or a glossy brochure. We just work here. The staff is small, and we all know each other well. It’s the kind of place where you can just walk in and talk to someone without making a big fuss. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the paperwork every day. 311 Shivaji Nagar is our home base, and it suits us just fine. We are just regular people working in a busy building in a busy part of the city. It keeps us on our toes.
