Working at Bennett Coleman Co Ltd in Koramangala is quite an experience because the area is so lively. Our office is tucked away on 17th B Main in the 6th Block. If you have ever tried to park a scooter or a car in this part of Bangalore, you know it can be a real struggle, but we make it work. The street is a mix of houses and other small offices, so it feels a bit more personal than a big industrial park. Inside, we have a straightforward setup. There are enough desks for everyone and a lot of wires running around for the computers. We do not have any expensive art on the walls or a big fancy reception desk. It is just a place where we sit down and get our jobs done. The 6th block has plenty of trees, which is nice when you step out for a minute of fresh air. We usually spend our time looking at spreadsheets or coordinating with other departments. It can get a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at the same time, but that is just how it goes. We are not trying to be the most polished office in the city. We just care about making sure the work is finished on time. Most of us have been working here long enough that we know all the good spots for a quick snack nearby. It is a solid, everyday kind of workplace where we just do our bit.
