Bel High School

Bel High School is tucked away in Bahubali Nagar, right in the Jalahalli area. It’s a quiet enough spot most of the time, away from the really heavy traffic. We’ve got a decent-sized building here. The paint might be fading a bit on the sunny side, but the structure is strong. Every morning, the gates open and the neighborhood kids come trickling in from the nearby streets. We don’t go in for anything too flashy. The classrooms are basic but they have enough light. We spend a lot of time just keeping the place tidy and making sure the blackboards are clean. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we know the families in Jalahalli pretty well. It’s nice to see familiar faces at the market. During lunch, you’ll hear the kids running around and playing. We have a bit of space for that. It’s not a huge campus, but it does the job. Sometimes the bell rings a minute late because someone forgot to check the clock, but we manage. We teach the standard subjects and try to make sure everyone follows the rules. It’s a steady kind of life here. We don’t have a big PR team writing stuff for us. We just open the doors every day and do the work that needs doing. That’s about it for us here in Bahubali Nagar. It is a simple place for kids to come and learn.
