We are situated at No.79, HVV Plaza, on the 4th Main of 15th Cross in Malleswaram. Karnataka Bank is nearby, which is how most people find us. This part of Malleswaram is quite residential but has a lot of small businesses tucked away. Our place is on one of the floors of the plaza, so you have to come in through the main entrance of the building. Inside, the setup is straightforward. We have mirrors along the walls and a few chairs for the customers. There is a small corner where we keep the supplies like threads, bowls, and different creams. It’s a bit of a tight space when we have several people in at once, but we make it work. The staff is usually busy from the morning until the evening. We spend a lot of time on our feet. The windows look out toward the other buildings on the cross road. It’s a lot of routine work, like cleaning the brushes and making sure the floor is clear of hair. We don’t have a fancy reception area; it’s just a small desk with a phone. Most of the people who come here are from the surrounding houses or they work in the shops nearby. It’s a simple, honest environment where we just focus on the task at hand. We try to keep things tidy, but it's a working shop, so there's always something to clean. We usually keep some old magazines by the chairs.
