Our team at Bearing Point India Pvt Ltd works out of the Krishnanagar Apartment at 6 C1 in Annasandrapalya. It’s right off the Airport Road area in Bangalore, so there’s always the sound of planes or heavy traffic nearby. Being in an apartment complex makes the whole office feel a bit different than a standard commercial building. It feels more like a home that we’ve turned into a workspace. We have our desks in what used to be living areas, and the kitchen is where we all gather for quick breaks. The 6 C1 unit isn't huge, but it fits us just right. We’ve got our setup with all the wires and computers spread out across the rooms. The balcony gives us a bit of fresh air, though you mostly just see the other blocks of the apartment and the Vimanpura skyline. It’s a bit of a maze to find us if you haven't been here before, but once you know the way, it’s easy. We don't have any big logos on the walls or fancy carpets. It’s just a place where we put in our hours and get things done. The neighborhood is fairly quiet apart from the airport noise, which actually makes it a decent place to focus. We’re just a regular group of people working in a regular Bangalore apartment, and we like it that way. We don't need a lot of space to do what we do, just a desk and a good connection.
