We’ve got our place at number 86, on the 1st Cross in the 1st Block of Bangalore. It’s right in the 560034 zip code area. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of people coming and going. We mostly focus on the grill and making sure the food is ready for whoever walks in. It’s not a very big space, so it can get pretty smoky and loud when we’re in the middle of a lunch or dinner rush. We don't have any fancy decorations or soft lighting, just some tables and chairs and the smell of charcoal. The staff is mostly local guys who have been with us for a while. We spend a lot of time prepping the meat and the vegetables in the back. Sometimes the supply delivery is late, and we have to scramble to get things ready before we open. It’s hard work being on your feet all day near a hot fire, but we’re used to it. We don't really have a printed menu that stays the same, sometimes we run out of things or try something different depending on what we got that morning. People usually come in because they smelled the smoke from down the street. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in Bangalore, just a spot where you can get a decent meal without any fuss. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just how a real kitchen is.
