Our office is tucked away in Jayanagara 9th Block, right on 38th Cross. If you know Bangalore, you know the East End A Main Road can get a bit crowded during rush hour, so we usually try to get in early before the noise starts. We do a lot of consulting work here, which mostly means sitting in front of screens and talking through problems for hours. It’s not the most exciting thing to look at from the outside. The room is filled with files and some plants that probably need more water than they get. We spend a lot of time on the phone or answering emails that seem to never end. There’s a small tea stall nearby where we go when we need a break from the paperwork. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to stay organized, though the piles of documents on the desks might suggest otherwise. We’ve been at this address for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. Sometimes clients drop by without calling first, and we just pull up a chair and talk. We don't have any big corporate slogans or anything like that hanging on the walls. It’s just us working through whatever projects are on the table at the moment. We try to keep things straightforward and honest because that’s the only way to get through the day without making mistakes and losing track of the details.
