Barclays Bank

Our office is at Number 60 on 5th Cross. This is off the 24th Main road. It is a busy part of the city with a lot of shops and houses mixed together. Barclays Bank is on the first floor. The stairs are on the side of the building. We share the space with a few other small businesses. The 24th Main is always jammed with traffic. We can hear the horns honking all day. It becomes like background noise after a while. The 5th Cross is a little quieter. There are some big trees that give a bit of shade. We have a small balcony where we stand sometimes to get some air. The office is mostly one big room. We have our desks arranged in rows. The furniture is a bit mismatched. Some of it is new and some of it has been here for years. We have a water cooler in the corner. The windows don't open very well. We keep them shut to keep the dust out. It is a very functional space. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls. There are just some calendars and a clock that is five minutes fast. Most of us take the bus to get to work. The stop is just a short walk away. It is a convenient spot for us. We just come in, do our work, and head home.
