We are based at No. 3-A in the Sarakki Industrial Estate, which is part of JP Nagar 3rd Phase. It’s just off Bannerghatta Road. The estate itself is quite functional and has that specific industrial feel to it. Pradeep Surgical Dressings Pvt. Ltd. occupies this space, and it's mostly filled with the supplies we handle every day. It’s not the quietest area since there are other units nearby making all sorts of things. We have a lot of stuff coming in and going out, so the front area usually has a few boxes waiting to be moved. The office part is just some desks tucked away where we keep track of everything. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going at full speed. People here are usually focused on their own work, but we take a break together in the mid-morning for some tea. It’s a very down-to-earth place. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big reception desk. If you walk in, you’re likely to just see one of us busy with a clipboard or a computer.
