Indovasive Bio Rad Medisys Pvt. Ltd. operates out of the 1st and 2nd floors at No. 660 in the Eshwari Industrial Estate. Being right on Bannerghatta Road in Hulimavu makes it a very busy spot. The traffic outside is almost always heavy, so the sound of horns is just part of our day. We have the two floors, which means a lot of walking up and down the stairs to coordinate things. The first floor is where most of the stock and movement happens, while the second floor is a bit more for the desk work. It’s an industrial estate, so the surroundings are mostly other businesses and warehouses. The light inside is a bit dim in some corners, but we have plenty of overhead lamps to see what we are doing. We spend a lot of time checking boxes and making sure everything is where it should be on the shelves. It’s a lot of coordination between the different teams on each floor. Sometimes the delivery vans have a hard time backing into the space if the road is too crowded with commuters. We usually get our tea from a guy who comes around with a flask in the mid-morning. It’s a regular office and warehouse setup, nothing that would stand out to a passerby. We just focus on getting through the lists and keeping the inventory sorted. The days go by fast when there is a lot of stock to move.
