Bangalore Placement

We started Bangalore Placement because things around Hennur were getting busy and folks needed help finding work close to home. Our office is tucked away at No 12, 1st Main in Prakruthi Layout. It's a quiet spot, really. Mostly, we just sit down with people, look at what they can do, and see if there's a match somewhere in the city. Some days are slow, others we can't keep up with the phone calls. We aren't doing anything fancy here. It's just a small team trying to keep things moving. The 1st Cross is usually where people get lost, but once you find the big tree near the corner, you're basically there. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while now. Some of the people we helped years ago still stop by just to say hello. It isn't a big operation with shiny desks or anything like that. Just some chairs, a few computers, and a lot of lists of names. We don't have all the answers, but we try to be honest about what jobs are actually available. Sometimes the commute to the other side of Bangalore is too much, so we look for stuff nearby. It’s practical work. If you find yourself near Hennur, you can see the sign on the gate. We’re usually there from morning until the traffic starts getting bad in the evening. It’s a good way to stay connected with the local area and the people in it.
