Bangalore Caterers is located at No.70 on the 3rd Cross of Ramaiah Layout. We are right off the Kammanahalli Main Road, which is a really busy spot. We’ve seen this neighborhood change a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed right here. Our kitchen is a no-nonsense place. We have the equipment we need and we know how to use it. We handle a variety of requests, from small office lunches to bigger wedding parties. It doesn't matter the size of the event, the work in the kitchen remains the same. We focus on getting the seasonings right and making sure the rice is fluffy. We don't have a public relations person or anyone to write fancy things about us. We’re just a team of cooks who like what we do. The mornings start early with the arrival of fresh produce. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of what we buy. If the vegetables aren't good, the food won't be good either. It’s a practical approach that has served us well. The traffic on Kammanahalli Main Road can be a nightmare sometimes, but we’ve figured out the best times to move our vans. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to be the one that people in our neighborhood can count on. It’s a lot of work, but we’re used to it by now.
