The factory is out in Kothanur, which used to be much quieter than it is now. We are located at Shashikantdrayamane C Orasul 381 16. If you are coming from the city center, it is quite a trek with all the new construction and the traffic jams that never seem to end. Inside the Bangalore Biotech Labs Pvt Ltd Factory, it is mostly the hum of the ventilation and people moving around in white coats. It is not the kind of place you see in movies with glowing liquids. It is mostly just a lot of stainless steel and plastic tubing. We spend a lot of time just cleaning things and checking gauges. The floor is concrete and stays pretty cold even when it is hot outside. Sometimes the lunchroom gets a bit crowded because we all go at the same time. We have a small parking area that gets tight if everyone drives their own scooters. Most of the guys here have been working together for a few years, so we know who takes their tea with too much sugar. The neighborhood is okay, there are some houses nearby and a few other small businesses. We do not really have a big sign out front. You just have to know where the gate is. It is just a regular workplace where we try to get the orders filled and keep the equipment from breaking down. It gets dusty because of the road work nearby, so we are always wiping down the desks.
