We’ve been here at Balaji Electro Controls Pvt Ltd for a while now. The shop is right over by the Vijaya Bank Layout, at site number 16. It’s a busy spot in Bangalore. We spend most of our days dealing with electrical panels and control systems. It gets pretty dusty in the workshop, but that is how it goes when you are building stuff. My uncle started this place a long time ago. We just keep things moving every day. Sometimes the traffic on the road outside is just a nightmare, especially near the layout entrance, but customers still find their way to us. We aren't a big flashy company with a fancy lobby. It’s just us working on the components and making sure the wiring is done right. If you come by, you’ll probably see me or one of the other guys with a multimeter in hand. We don't have a huge marketing team or anything like that. People just know us from around the neighborhood. It's a solid place to work. We have a lot of tools scattered around and the phone rings more than I’d like. But that's the business. We focus on the control units and making sure they work before they leave the door. Nothing too complicated about how we run things. Just a local Bangalore business trying to do honest work. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, but we’re still right here in the same spot opposite the layout.
