This branch is over in Basavanagudi, at 47/1 on the second floor. We are right near Surana College, so there are always students walking around outside. It makes the area feel quite lively. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us dealing with insurance papers and talking to people who walk in. Since we are on the second floor, you have to climb the stairs, which keeps us a bit active. The fans are usually humming away to keep the air moving. We see all sorts of people coming in. Some are worried about their future, others just want to update their address or something small like that. We sit at our desks and try to get through the files. It’s a lot of reading and typing. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded if a few people show up at the same time. The view from the window is just the street below and the trees. It’s a pretty normal workspace.
