B W S S B Central Complaints

We are based at 124 in HSR Layout, handling the central complaints for the water board in this sector. It is a busy office, though office might be a bit of a grand word for it. It is mostly just desks, stacks of paper, and people coming in to talk about their bills or a leak in their street. The phones do not really stop ringing during the day. We have a ledger where we write down every issue that comes in. Sometimes it is a broken pipe and other times it is someone worried about their meter reading. We do not have a lot of staff, so things can take time to get processed. We have to coordinate with the field workers who are out in the sun fixing the actual lines. It can be stressful when people are upset, but we just try to take the details down correctly. The building is simple, nothing special, just a place for the public to reach out. We drink a lot of tea to get through the afternoon slump. Most of the people living around HSR Layout know where we are. We do not have any flashy signs or anything like that. It is just about managing the records and making sure the right team gets the message. It is a repetitive job, but water is something everyone needs, so the work never really stops.
