B Spas And Beauty Saloon is located in Lane No 9 on Prabhat Road, just off the main Banneraghatta Road. Being in a lane makes it a bit quieter than the busy main street, which is good for what we do. We have a few chairs for haircuts and some separate areas for the spa treatments. It is not a massive, luxury place, but we try to keep it tidy and comfortable for everyone who comes in. There is usually a faint smell of shampoo or incense in the air. We spend our days helping people with their hair or skin, and we have a lot of regulars from the neighborhood who stop in just to say hello. Sometimes the water heater takes a bit of time to get going, or we have to wait for a delivery of supplies that is stuck in traffic, but we always make it work. We do not have a big team of receptionists or a fancy booking system. Most people just call us or walk in when they have some free time. It is a very local business, and we know most of our customers by name. The street outside can get a bit crowded with parked scooters, but once you are inside, it is a bit more relaxed.
