B Shantu Mathapati

B Shantu Mathapati is located on the second floor at 580 Rajajinagar. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it gives us a good view of the street below. Rajajinagar is a busy residential and commercial area, so there’s always something happening right outside. The office itself is nothing too special. We have some old desks, a few chairs for visitors, and stacks of files that seem to grow every week. We aren't really interested in having a polished, modern look. We prefer things the way they are—practical and functional. Most of the people who come to see us are locals who know the area well. Being on the second floor at number 580 means we’re a little removed from the direct noise of the pavement, but we still hear the buses and the vendors. We spend our days just working through the list of things that need to get done. There’s no grand mission or corporate strategy here. It’s just B Shantu Mathapati and a few of us making sure everything stays on track. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks or the fan gets too noisy, but we just fix it and keep going. It’s a real place with real people who’ve been in Rajajinagar for a long time. We like the familiarity of it all and don't plan on changing how we do things. The stairs are a bit steep, so we usually tell people to take their time coming up.
