B R Ramesh Catering

My name is Ramesh and I run this catering business out of my place in Nehru Nagar, Yelahanka. We are located at No.1378 on 1st Cross. It’s a quiet residential area, which is nice for a workspace. I’ve been cooking for many years now, and eventually, it just turned into a business. My family helps out quite a bit, especially when we have big orders coming in. We don't have a big corporate office or anything. It's just a practical kitchen setup where we get things done. We mostly do local events and parties around the Yelahanka area. People know us for being reliable and for the way our food tastes. We don't use a lot of fancy ingredients, just fresh stuff we get from the local market. Sometimes we run into delays with the traffic around here, but we always make sure the food arrives on time. It’s a lot of manual labor, standing on your feet all day, but I enjoy it. I like the process of planning a menu and then seeing it come to life. We keep our prices fair because we want people in the community to be able to afford good food. If you walk down 1st Cross, you’ll probably smell whatever we’re cooking that day. We don't have a big sign outside, but the neighbors can tell you where we are. We just keep our heads down and work hard.
