B L Venkata Subbaiah & V Usha is based out of our home, Subramanya Nilaya, at number 21 in JP Nagar. Since we are in a residential part of the neighborhood, it is usually quite peaceful around here. We do not have a big sign or a storefront because we mainly handle administrative work and private consultations. It is just the two of us managing things from a small office room near the front door. We have lived in JP Nagar for a long time, so we know most of the people on our street. Our work involves a lot of reading, writing, and keeping track of various documents. We do not follow a strict corporate schedule, which is one of the perks of working from home. Sometimes we take a break to look after the garden or chat with a neighbor who stops by. We do not have any fancy office equipment, just our desks, a computer, and some filing cabinets. It is a very personal way of working. Most of our clients are people who have been referred to us by friends or long-time associates. We do not try to be anything we are not. We just provide a quiet space where we can focus on the tasks we have been given. It is a simple setup that works for us, and being in such a nice part of JP Nagar makes the daily work much more pleasant for everyone involved.
