We operate out of Manyata Business Tech Park, which is a busy spot near Nagawara and not too far from Marathahalli. B L Kashyap Construction is the name on the door, but we spend as much time out at construction sites as we do in this office. The office itself is full of rolls of architectural drawings and safety gear like boots and helmets. It’s not a polished corporate space; it feels more like a place where work actually happens. There are maps of different project sites pinned to the walls and a lot of binders full of permits and schedules. The commute to get here can be a real pain because of the Bangalore traffic, so we are often running a bit behind or staying late to catch up. We don't have a fancy receptionist or a big lounge area for guests. If someone comes to visit, we usually just pull up a chair in the middle of the workspace. We are a practical bunch of people who care more about how a building is going up than how the office looks. It’s a busy environment with people coming and going all the time. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going through the long afternoons. It’s just us doing the hard work of building things in a growing city.
