B L Kashyap & Sons Ltd. is located at 314/42, Soulspace Paradigm. We are right near the Hotel Park Plaza in Marathahalli, on the Outer Ring Road. It’s a very busy area with a lot of traffic, especially during rush hour. Our office in Soulspace Paradigm is where all the management happens. We’ve got a lot of people working here, but it doesn’t feel like a cold corporate environment. We try to keep things relaxed. The Outer Ring Road location is actually quite convenient for getting around to different sites. This office serves as our main base after being in the construction industry for a long time. You’ll see plenty of blueprints and files scattered around the desks. It’s a working office, not a showpiece. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build things. Some projects are bigger than others, but we treat them all with the same level of attention. Marathahalli has changed so much since we first moved in. There are so many new buildings now. We just do our part and keep the business moving. It’s a lot of coordination between the office staff and the people on the ground. We don't really do the whole "corporate mission" thing. We just focus on the work that needs to be finished by the end of the week. It’s a steady, everyday process for us. It’s a lot of long hours and some frustration with the local traffic, but we make it through the week. We’re just a group of people trying to build things right in this corner of Marathahalli.
