Ayurvedic Therapies And Consultations

If you are traveling down Kanakapura Road, you will eventually come across our place. This part of town is always under construction or has a lot of traffic, but we have been here for a while. We focus on Ayurvedic consultations and various therapies, so the inside of the building usually smells like heavy herbal oils and dried plants. We have a few rooms set up for the treatments and a small wooden desk where we keep track of the appointments. It is not a fancy spa with white robes and cucumber water; it is just a practical space where we do the work. The practitioners spend a lot of time talking to people about their health or their sleep patterns, and the therapists are busy in the back with the physical treatments. We have a lot of glass jars filled with powders and oils that we have to keep organized, which is a bit of a chore. Cleaning up is a big part of the day because the oils can get everywhere if you aren't careful. We don't have big billboards on the highway to bring people in. Most of our visitors live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. We just try to keep the rooms ready and the schedule moving along so nobody is waiting too long in the lobby. It’s a regular job for us, and we just stick to the traditional ways of doing things.
