Ayurjyothi Ayurvedic Clinic

The clinic is located on Christ School Road, which gets quite busy when the school lets out in the afternoon. We are at number 23, near the Dharmaram College post. It is a simple place, really. We don’t have a big sign out front, just a small one so people don't miss the turn. I’ve been working here for a few years now, and the routine is always the same. We start early, sweep the floor, and get the treatment rooms ready. The walls are painted a pale green color that is supposed to be calming, though the paint is peeling a bit in the corners. We have some old posters on the walls showing different plants and roots. The furniture is mostly wooden and shows its age, but it’s sturdy. There is a lot of traffic on this road, so there is always a bit of dust on the windowsills. I try to wipe them down every morning, but it is a losing battle. Most of our visitors are people from the nearby college or parents from the school. We don't do any big advertising; people just hear about us from their neighbors. It’s a small operation, just a couple of rooms and a small storage space for the oils. We don't have much space, but we make it work with what we have.
