Axa Business Service is located in Sjr Plaza, which is right on the 29th Main Road in BTM Layout, 1st Stage. We’re right by the Ring Road, so there’s always a lot of noise from the vehicles passing by. Our office is number 1 in the building. We do a lot of support work here. It’s the kind of job where you’re always on the phone or typing away on a keyboard. We help with different business tasks that keep things moving behind the scenes. It’s not the most glamorous work, but it needs to be done right. The office is pretty standard. We have rows of desks and a small break room where we eat lunch. BTM is a crowded area, but it’s full of energy. There are plenty of small shops and places to grab a quick snack nearby. We have a mix of people working here, some younger and some who have been with us for years. We try to keep a steady pace. Sometimes the workload gets a bit heavy, especially at the end of the month, but we manage. We aren't a huge corporate headquarters; we're just one branch making sure our part of the business stays on track. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, but the fans keep us going. It's just a normal workplace with normal people doing their jobs every single day. We try to keep things organized as best we can.
