Our office for Aviva is tucked away at 553, 14th Main, on the 69th Cross in Kumaraswamy Layout, Banglore 78. This is a pretty settled part of town, and we’ve been operating from here for some time now without much change. It’s a bit of a climb depending on which way you come from because of the hills, but the layout is nice and green compared to some other parts of the city. We have a simple setup here. It is mostly just rooms filled with desks where we keep track of everything we need to do. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big lobby or fancy coffee machines. Usually, we just make a pot of tea in the back and get on with the day’s tasks. The 14th main can get busy with local traffic, but our spot on the 69th cross is usually a bit more relaxed and quiet. We like the pace of life in this part of Bangalore. It’s not as frantic as the big tech hubs, which allows us to actually focus on what we are doing. There are plenty of small eateries around if we need to grab a quick lunch or a snack in the afternoon. We don't have a lot of rules about how things should look, as long as the work gets done and we stay organized. It is just a regular group of people working hard in a quiet corner of the city, trying to make things go smoothly for everyone involved without making a big scene.
