Our office is on the second floor of Mahendra Plaza, building number 320 in Jayanagar. It’s a standard office setup with desks, some partitions, and filing cabinets everywhere. This is the Aviva Life Insurance branch for this area. We have people coming in all day to ask about their policies or to file some paperwork because something happened. It’s serious work, talking about insurance, so we try to keep things calm and straightforward. No one wants to hear a bunch of jargon they don't understand. We just sit down with them, go through the forms, and explain what the different lines mean. The building can get a bit crowded near the elevator, so some people just take the stairs to the second floor. We’ve got a small waiting area with some old magazines, but we try not to keep people waiting too long. It’s not a flashy place. We just focus on the documents and making sure the information is accurate. Insurance is mostly about being prepared for things you hope won't happen. We see a lot of different people, from young couples to older folks, and everyone has different questions. We just take it one person at a time and try to be helpful in a practical way.
