We're based up on the second floor of a building in Jayanagar, right at the corner of 40A Cross and 18th Main. It's a pretty busy area with a lot of people walking by, but it’s a bit quieter once you get up to our level. We spend our days dealing with insurance papers and talking to people about their policies. It’s a lot of forms and signatures, to be honest. The office is full of filing cabinets and desks that have seen a lot of use. We aren't here to give you a big sales pitch or anything; we just handle the paperwork and try to explain things in a way that makes sense. It’s a regular job, and we’re just regular people working it. Sometimes the printer jams right when we have a client waiting, which is always fun. We’ve been in this Jayanagar spot for a while, so we know the local shops and where to get the best lunch nearby. Most of the people who come in are just looking for some security for their families, and we do our best to help them figure out what they need. It’s not the most exciting work in the world, but it’s important to the folks who rely on us. We just keep the files organized and make sure everything is in order.
