You can find us on the 4th floor of the Shubhram Complex, which is right at 144 Mahathma Gandhi Road. It’s directly opposite Mittal Tower. Being on MG Road means it's always loud and busy outside, but up on the 4th floor, it’s a bit calmer. This is the Aviva Life Insurance office. We deal with a lot of paperwork here. People come in to talk about their policies or to ask questions about their plans. It’s a lot of explaining things clearly so people know what they're signing. We have many files and computers that we use to keep track of everyone. The office is functional, meant for getting things done. We don't have fancy art on the walls. It’s mostly just desks and a waiting area for people who visit. The elevator in this building can be a bit slow sometimes, so we tell people to give themselves a few extra minutes. Working in insurance isn't always exciting, but it's important. We see all kinds of people every day. Some are happy, some are worried, and we just try to help them with the forms they need to fill out. MG Road is the heart of the city, so we’re right in the middle of everything. It’s a convenient spot, even if parking is a nightmare. We just come in, do the work, and head home after the traffic dies down a little bit. It's a steady place.
