You mostly hear the usual sounds from the street below. We handle the organizational competency side of things from this flat. It’s got a bit of a homey feel because it's in a residential building. We keep our files organized in the back room. Most of the time it’s just a few of us clicking away at keyboards. Sometimes neighbors drop by just to say hello. It isn't some fancy glass tower. It’s just a workspace where we try to get our tasks finished before the evening traffic starts building up on Mahayogi Vemana Road. Sometimes the power goes out, but we have a backup that usually kicks in. We like being in this part of Bangalore because it feels like a real neighborhood. We don't have a big reception desk or anyone in a suit waiting at the door. You just walk in and we're right there working. It’s practical. We spend a lot of time on calls or going through documents. That’s basically the life here at Adhvika Fantasia.
