Athithya Restaurant And Lodging is over at 772 3rd Main Road in the 4th Block of Rajajinagar in Bangalore. We have both rooms for staying and a place to eat so it is always a bit chaotic here. The morning starts very early with the smell of coffee and the sound of the kitchen getting ready. We have people coming in for breakfast before they head off to work in Rajajinagar. The lodging part of the business keeps us busy with laundry and making sure the rooms are somewhat tidy for the next guest. It is an old building and it has its quirks like doors that stick sometimes or light switches that are in odd places. We don't pretend to be a five-star hotel. We are just a regular place where you can get a decent meal and a bed for the night. The 3rd Main Road is a busy spot and we see all sorts of people walking by. Our staff is small and we all pitch in with everything from serving food to checking people in at the desk. Sometimes we run out of certain items on the menu but we just tell folks what we have left. It’s a busy life but we enjoy the talk and the bustle of the neighborhood. We are just a simple local spot in the 4th Block trying to keep our customers fed and comfortable.
