We've been doing this for a while now over here in Kengeri Satellite Town. Finding work for people is mostly what happens in this office on 5th Main. It's not a fancy setup, just some desks and phones. Usually, people come in looking for something better than what they have now. Bangalore is a big city and it gets overwhelming for a lot of folks trying to navigate the job market alone. We try to keep things simple. You bring in your papers and we see what's available on the list. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded during the mornings. That's just how it is. It’s a small place at No 293 Ews. We don't really do the big speeches or anything. It's just about connecting someone who needs a worker with someone who needs a paycheck. If the phone rings, we answer it. If someone walks in, we talk to them. It isn't always fast, but we're here every day doing the same thing. The weather in this part of Bangalore is usually okay, so that makes the commute easier for everyone. We know the local area well since we’ve stayed put in the II Stage area for a long time. It’s quiet enough but busy when it needs to be. We just try to get the job done without making a big fuss about it. If you're passing by the satellite town, you'll see our sign. It's just us here, usually drinking tea and looking at resumes.
