We are located at Airview Homes, right on the busy Airport Road in Bangalore. Our unit is number 101. Being near the airport road means we hear the traffic and the sound of the city moving all day long, which we have gotten used to. We call ourselves Assystem India Pvt Limited. It’s a straightforward name for a straightforward group of people. The office is located on the ground level, which makes it really easy for people to drop in without climbing stairs. We don't have a big flashy sign out front to attract attention. It’s just a regular door in a regular residential-looking building. Inside, we have our workstations set up in a row. It’s a bit of a mixed bag of old and new furniture that we picked up over time. We don't really care much about the decor as long as we can get our work finished on time. There are about five of us who are here in the office every day. We handle a lot of different tasks, mostly involving local projects and planning. It’s a bit messy sometimes with stacks of papers on the desks, but we know where everything is. The location is good because it’s easy to get to from almost any part of the city. We don't pretend to be some giant corporation with fancy rules. We just work together and try to stay on top of things. It’s a practical workspace for honest work.
