Assistant Engineer

You can find us over at Kallappa Reddy Road in the Agrahara Layout area. We are set up at C/O Chndrashekar Reddy’s place near Jakkur Post. It is a quiet spot in Bangalore, away from the worst of the city noise. Assistant Engineer is basically a small operation we run out of here. We spend most of our time out on sites or dealing with technical drawings. It started out small and stayed that way because we like being able to talk to everyone directly. There is no front desk or secretary, usually just one of us answering the phone or meeting people at the gate. The Yelahanka side of town is growing fast, so there is always plenty to do. We don't have a big fancy website or a marketing team. Most of the work comes from locals who know where we are. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but most folks find us okay. We just focus on the engineering bits and try to stay organized. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk but we get through it. It's just a regular local business trying to do right by the people who hire us. If you're in the neighborhood, you'll probably see us coming and going between jobs. It is not glamorous but it is what we do for a living.
