We run Asia Motor Works out of Tumkur in Karnataka. Our place is located at C O C Nagaraj Shiva Kavya Nilaya in the SIT Extension, specifically on the 16th Cross, 2nd Main. It’s a bit of a long address, but once you’re in the SIT area, it’s not too hard to find. We’ve been working with motors and mechanical stuff here for quite some time. The shop is usually a bit greasy and there’s always the sound of tools being used. It’s not a showroom; it’s a working garage where we get our hands dirty. We don't have a fancy waiting room with coffee and magazines. People come here because they know we do the work. The staff is just a few guys who know their way around an engine. We don’t spend money on advertising or big signs. Most of the people who bring their vehicles in have been coming to us for years. It’s a simple operation based on just showing up and fixing what’s broken. We like being in Tumkur, and the SIT Extension is a good spot for a business like ours. It keeps us busy from morning till evening. There isn't much more to it than that. Just a local motor shop doing its daily job. We usually have a few half-finished projects sitting around the yard.
